GeneralI reserve the right to decline any request I am not comfortable with.Listed prices are base rates. Complexity, tight deadlines, or add-ons may increase the final cost.All commissions are for personal use only, unless a commercial license is purchased.---------------------------------
PaymentAccepted payment methods: Stripe (card) or Ko-fi, in EUR (€).
For orders under €150 → full payment upfront.
For larger projects → 50% deposit upfront, 50% upon completion.Work begins only after payment (or deposit) is confirmed.---------------------------------
Revisions2 revisions during the sketch stage.
1 minor adjustment during the coloring stage.
Major changes after sketch approval or excessive revision requests will incur additional fees.---------------------------------
Refunds & CancellationsBefore sketching begins → 100% refund.After sketch approval → partial refund, depending on progress.
After final delivery → no refunds.If I must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full or fair partial refund based on the work completed.---------------------------------
Usage RightsPersonal use includes: social media icons, banners, wallpapers, or sharing online with proper credit.
Commercial use includes: monetized content such as Twitch/YouTube, VTubing, merchandise, branding, etc.Customer has to credit the Artist and Rigger in their Bio and description of their respective channel.2D Illustrations: +50% commercial license fee.VTuber Models: Commercial rights are included in the base price.I retain the right to display finished work in my portfolio unless an NDA is arranged.Clients may not resell, mint as NFT, or use my artwork for AI training or datasets.---------------------------------
